- ‘Following & Living Your Passion’
This week, Sahera will be speaking on the subject of Following & Living Our Passion. Following our Passion takes courage, commitment and trust. On top of that, our daily demands and responsibilities can and often do take us away from pursuing our heart-felt calling and dreams. Yet often times, it’s not just the external circumstances of our lives that steer us off course, but the internal battle we have with ourselves, which includes limiting self-beliefs and a deep and sometimes unconscious fear of our own success. In this Talk, you will explore and discover your heart’s calling through guided exercises and meditation and you will dialogue with your inner saboteur to release that which is blocking you from following and living your passion. As with all Sahera’s Talks, this will be an interactive event, so come prepared to do some exploration through written exercises, sharing and guided visualisation.
